Refund policy

V'LeCreme honors a 5-day exchange policy. We allow 5 days after receiving your items to request an exchange. We do not accept exchanges on products that have been used. We do not accept refunds unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. In some cases we can initiate a refund at the discretion of the owner. Please see "Refunds" below.

To initiate an exchange please email us at contactvlecreme@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an email confirming the item you wish to swap.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged: Products that have been used, products in which seals have been broken.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note V'LeCreme does not cover shipping costs for exchanges.


Refunds 
If your item arrives damaged/broken we will be happy to send you a new one or initiate a refund. If your package was never received and not marked delivered with USPS we will honor a refund or get a replacement out to you. Once a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
