Shipping policy
V'LeCreme products are all handmade with care and in the order in which they are received.
We process all domestic orders within 5-7 business days. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends. If you have not received your order in 7 business days please contact us at contactvlecreme@gmail.com
COVID 19
Due to COVID-19, we have noticed USPS is experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 3 business days for tracking to update once you have received a tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.
Lost or Stolen
Once orders have shipped and are marked delivered by USPS V'LeCreme is no longer responsible for your package. We do not reimburse missing packages that have been delivered your address. Please make sure your delivery address is a secured place to leave packages. Also please note that if your package is lost during transit we may have to open a case with USPS to locate your package which may prolong your original delivery date. In most cases we will gladly send you a replacement if your package was lost during transit and was not delivered to your address. We do not reimburse stolen packages.
International Shipping
Will my international order be charged customs/ import fees?
Any order shipping to a country outside the United States may be subject to customs, duties, or import fees. Whether your order will require any fees, and the total amount charged for customs/VAT fees is determined by the policies of the destination country's customs office and postal service. These fees are calculated and applied to your order at the time they arrive and during their processing through customs.
What if my order is shipping outside the USA as a gift to the recipient? As of now, pre-clearing our customs isn't something we're able to do through our shipping services, so V’LeCreme is unable to calculate or determine these fees beforehand so that the purchaser can pay for them instead of the recipient.
All customs/VAT and import fees must be paid by the recipient if a fee is applied to the order by the importing country, and cannot be paid for in advance. Any import or customs fees will be charged directly to the recipient.
How can I find out if the country I'm ordering from charges customs fees? Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs agency and/or postal service for details on estimated costs. Below are some links to the customs policies of countries we commonly ship to:
Please note: All prices on our site are in US dollars (USD). Check with your bank, credit card, or PayPal to determine the exchange rate if you normally use a different currency.
